In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. However, this right is not valid for perishable, personalized, or fresh flower products.
Customers who wish to use their right of withdrawal must:
- Return the product unused and undamaged.
- Include the invoice and all accessories, if any, with the return.
- The return shipping cost within the scope of the right of withdrawal is covered by our company. However, if there is any loss in the product's value, this cost may be charged to the customer.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Custom-made flower arrangements (e.g. with names, messages, or special designs)
- Fresh flowers and other perishable products
- Orders with a fixed delivery date for special occasions
- Products that have been unsealed, used, or damaged after delivery
- Digital content delivered electronically (e.g. online note messages)
If you cancel your order at least 1 hour before the delivery time, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations made less than 1 hour before delivery, the preparation process may have started, and therefore a full refund may not be possible.
Once the delivery is completed, cancellations or returns are not accepted.
If your order is incomplete or incorrect, you can contact us within 1 hour of the delivery time to request a replacement.
If the requested product is out of stock, it will be replaced with a product of equal or higher value.
