SELLER: Refers to the company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf or account of the one offering goods,
BUYER: Refers to the real or legal person who obtains, uses, or benefits from a product or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
WEBSITE: Refers to the website belonging to the SELLER,
ORDER PLACER: Refers to the real or legal person requesting a product or service through the SELLER's website,
PARTIES: Refers to the SELLER and the BUYER,
AGREEMENT: Refers to this agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
PRODUCT: Refers to the tangible movable items subject to shopping and intangible goods prepared for use in electronic environments, such as software, sound, images, etc.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The listed prices on the website are the sale prices. These prices and promises remain valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a specific period remain valid until the end of that period.

If the SELLER organizes a campaign, you may examine the essential characteristics of the product(s) during the campaign. It is valid until the end of the campaign period.
7.2. The listed prices on the website are the sale prices. These prices and promises remain valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a specific period remain valid until the end of that period.
